1968-1972 : 1st Gen RN10
1972-1978 : 2nd Gen RN20
1978-1983 : 3rd Gen RN30 LN40

Toyota start to make double CAB body for pickup in this generation.
1983-1988 : 4th Gen LN50 LN60 LN70

There are two type of Front windshield rubber, with chrome moulding and without chrome moulding. Toyota provide ventilation window (with vent) in some country, so driver can get fresh air from outside. Weatherstrip belt will be shorter than standard door without vent.
1988-1996 : 5th Gen LN80 LN85 LN90 LN100 LN106

There are two type of Front windshield rubber, with chrome moulding and without chrome moulding like Hilux LN50. Toyota made single CAB ,Extra CAB and double CAB. All weatherstrips for these car body are different so be careful about body type when looking for replacement parts
1997-2003 : 6th Gen LN140 LN150 LN160

Toyota launch new body design as experiment call "Sport Rider" to served as mid-size SUV .Toyota start to change new engine technology D-4D end of this gen leading to next most successful generation of Hilux in 2004.
2004-2014 : 7th Gen AN10 AN20 AN30 ( VIGO )

The most successful Hilux that production for very long time ( 10 years) production mainly in Thailand. Three pickup truck body variants were initially produced: a two-door Single Cab (referred to by Toyota as IMV1), a two-door Xtra Cab (IMV2), and four-door Double Cab (IMV3). Door rubber single CAB will be different from Door rubber double CAB. as well as other weatherstrip on door such like Glass run, Outer belt and inner belt.

Toyota also launch SUV base on pickup frame as "Hilux Fortuner". Many weatherstrip parts use the same with Hilux Vigo.

Vigo Champ was introduced in 2012 as significant minor change. With a new front design and a revamped interior to reinforce perceived luxury. The front was redesigned from the A pillar forwards. With the exception of the doors, roof and tailgate, everything else was new: new guards, new headlights, new bumper, new bonnet, new three-bar grille, new taillights, a new rear bumper and new badges.

2015- : 8th Gen AN120 AN130 ( Revo/ Rocco)
